At Mashona Security, we are committed to providing high-quality security training programs that meet the needs of our customers. We understand that, on occasion, a customer may need to cancel or request a refund for one of our training programs. In such cases, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all parties involved.
Cancellation Policy
* If a customer cancels their registration for a training program more than 14 days prior to the program start date, a full refund will be issued.
*If a customer cancels their registration for a training program between 7-14 days prior to the program start date, a 50% refund will be issued.
* If a customer cancels their registration for a training program less than 7 days prior to the program start date, no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
* Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving a written cancellation request from the customer.
* Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
*Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.
Exceptions
* No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend a training program.
*No refunds will be issued for training programs that have been completed in whole or in part.
*No refunds will be issued for training materials or equipment that have been opened or used.
Substitution Policy
* If a customer is unable to attend a training program, they may substitute another person in their place, provided that Mashona Security is notified in writing at least 24 hours prior to the program start date.
Dispute Resolution
* In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, Mashona Security will work with the customer to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
